REGISTRATION


Registration for both the Club Race & the Advanced DE will open May 5, 2008 at 9pm (CDT).

Registration will be ONLINE ONLY at www.clubregistration.net.  We encourage you to create a user account before May 5 to ensure you are ready and able to register on May 5.

Payment will be by Paypal only.

NOTE: Registration for the DE is limited to PCA members driving Porsches at the event until June 30.  After June 30 all other interested participants will be confirmed pending space available in the event.  Questions?  Please email the registrar.
 
ENTRY FEES Club Race
• Sprint Race Registration Fee (postmarked on/before June 9): $395
• Late Registration Fee (postmarked after June 9): $445

• Enduro Race Registration Fee (postmarked on/before June 9): $125
• Late Registration Fee (postmarked after June 9): $150

• Enduro Co-Driver Registration Fee (if not registered for Club Race): $75
• Late Registration Fee (postmarked after June 9): $100

Advanced Driver Education
• Registration Fee (postmarked on/before June 9): $350
• Late Registration Fee (postmarked after June 9): $400

Thursday Test & Tune by VIR (PCA club race cars registered for this event only)
• Payable at T&T Registration.  This T&T is being run solely by VIR.
 
CANCELLATION FEES These fees apply to both Club Race & DE participants:

• Full refund minus $25 processing fee if cancelling on/before July 5
• 50% refund after July 5
• No refund after July 25

All cancellation notifications must be sent via email or phone to the event registrar only.
